(Thank you very much for your purchasing Vanguard forklift attachment products, in order to fully guarantee your rights and interests, please read the content of this Warranty carefully.)

 In this article, hereafter,

“Vanguard Hangzhou” means Hangzhou Vanguard Machinery Co., Ltd.;

“Buyer” means the forklift truck OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or its Dealer who places purchasing order to Vanguard Hangzhou directly for forklift truck attachment product.

Vanguard Hangzhou: warrants its products to conform to published specifications as found in its valid sales contracts, quotations, brochures, price lists.

Warranty Period:

Vanguard Hangzhou’s products contain Forks,Attachments, Sideshifters,   and spare parts, which are classified into two kinds: New Products and Repaired Products.

New Products: are warranted for a period of 12 months following the date of delivery to the Buyer, or 2000 hours of attachment operation, whichever terminates first alternatively.

Repaired Products: are warranted for a period of 6 months following the date of delivery.

What Vanguard Hangzhou will do: Vanguard Hangzhou will repair or replace, at its option, any part that a Vanguard Hangzhou itself or authorized inspection reveals to be defective in materials or workmanship.

What Buyer and Customer must do:

1.       To preserve Vanguard Hangzhou’s Warranty, Buyers and Customers must carefully follow applicable Vanguard Installation Instructions, Service Manuals and Operator Guides when installing, adjusting, maintaining and operating Vanguard equipment.

2.       Buyers, Customers must obtain Vanguard Hangzhou written authorization for repairs other than removal or replacement of defective parts.

3.       Any unauthorized repairs or alterations, use of parts not provided by Vanguard Hangzhou, or failure to follow Vanguard’s Installation Instructions, Service Manuals and Operator Guides will result in loss of Warranty.

4.       Buyers,Customers must present a standard Warranty Claim Sheet which includes “series number, broken parts photos,broken goods photos” when make a Warranty Claim. The broken parts must be kept for 3months after replacement.

Notices:

1.       Vanguard Hangzhou does not warrant that its products will perform any particular task which conditions are not suitable for the products.

2.       Vanguard Hangzhou assumes no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to persons or property, or for consequential damages, resulting from the possession or use of its products.

3.       Vanguard Hangzhou’s Warranty does not cover wear, tear, and abnormal applications, normal or scheduled maintenance.

4.       THERE are no warranties either express or implied including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose which extend beyond those stated in this warranty and the product description on the face of Vanguard Hangzhou’s order acknowledgement.
